ABOUT iFAST FINANCIAL

iFAST Financial Pte Ltd ("iFAST"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of iFAST Corp, is Singapore's leading unit trust distributor through its Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Customer (B2C) divisions. In the B2B setup, iFAST owns an integrated investment administration platform, serving more than 40 IFA companies and over 10 financial institutions with over 2,000 financial adviser representatives locally.

iFAST is a holder of the Capital Markets Services Licence and Financial Adviser's Licence by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and is a CPFIS-registered Investment Administrator (IA). iFAST is licensed by MAS to conduct the following regulated activities:

• Advising others,
  • either directly or through publications or writings, or
  • by issuing or promulgating research analyses or research reports and whether in electronic, print or other form, concerning the following investment products:
    • Life policies
    • Securities other than collective investment schemes
    • Collective investment schemes
• Marketing of any collective investment scheme and
• Arranging of any contract of insurance in respect of life policies
